MAGEON adopts professional multi-layer composite anti-corrosion process for wetland and marine customized chassis and parts, including shot blasting derusting, passivation anti-rust treatment, primer anti-corrosion coating and wear-resistant finish protection. The whole process completely isolates air, moisture and salt fog from contacting the metal matrix.
For coastal high-salt-fog environments, MAGEON adds electrostatic spraying and high-temperature curing process to enhance the adhesion and durability of the anti-corrosion layer.
