Anti-Corrosion Technology for Wetland & Marine Track Chassis
Corrosion Failure Problems in Humid Working Conditions
Wetland, river regulation, coastal engineering and rainy season construction environments are humid for a long time, and the water contains sediment and salt ions. Ordinary track chassis lack professional anti-corrosion treatment, which is prone to surface rust, metal oxidation, bolt corrosion and seal aging. Long-term corrosion will lead to structural strength decline and part failure, affecting equipment safety.
MAGEON Multi-Layer Composite Anti-Corrosion Technology
MAGEON adopts professional multi-layer composite anti-corrosion process for wetland and marine customized chassis and parts, including shot blasting derusting, passivation anti-rust treatment, primer anti-corrosion coating and wear-resistant finish protection. The whole process completely isolates air, moisture and salt fog from contacting the metal matrix.
For coastal high-salt-fog environments, MAGEON adds electrostatic spraying and high-temperature curing process to enhance the adhesion and durability of the anti-corrosion layer. The key connecting bolts and shaft parts are treated with galvanized anti-corrosion process to avoid rust deadlock and disassembly difficulty caused by long-term corrosion.
Long-Term Anti-Corrosion Effect
After MAGEON composite anti-corrosion treatment, the chassis can resist long-term erosion of humid water and salt fog, with no obvious rust or corrosion within 5 years of field use. It effectively maintains the structural strength and flexible disassembly performance of the equipment, greatly reducing maintenance difficulties caused by corrosion.
