The Middle East is experiencing a massive construction boom in 2026. Saudi Arabia’s NEOM project, UAE’s Dubai Expo expansion, and Qatar’s infrastructure projects are driving huge demand for construction machinery. But desert working conditions bring extreme challenges that standard undercarriage can’t handle:

MAGEON’s Desert-Adapted Steel Track Undercarriage
To solve these problems, MAGEON desert-adapted steel track undercarriage is specially designed for this market.
First, high-temperature resistant alloy steel. We use special alloy steel that can maintain hardness of HRC 55 under 60℃ working temperature. Standard steel will drop to HRC 40 under 50℃, but our alloy steel keeps the hardness, so the wear resistance is 2 times that of standard steel.
Second, triple-layer dust-proof seals. All bearings and rollers are equipped with triple-layer dust-proof seals, which can prevent fine sand from entering. We tested this: in the desert environment, the standard roller fails after 6 months, but our sealed roller can work for 12 months without problem.
Third, widened track shoes. We widened the track shoes by 25%, reducing ground pressure to 0.07MPa, which prevents sinking in soft desert sand. A Saudi contractor told us: “Before, my drilling rig got stuck in the sand at least once a week. After using MAGEON’s widened tracks, I never had that problem.”
